  • NCR Membership form is required. Please note there are three areas that require a signature.
  • Officiating: This year all officiating requirements will be completed online. 
    • Players in 5th-6th grade will need to complete Level 2.
    • Players in 7th-11th grade will need to complete Level 3.
    • Coaches will need to complete Level 3.

    • These requirements must be met prior to your first match.  Once you have completed a module and passed the quiz, please print your certificate and give it to your coach.
